East Side Jazz Club.
We are east London’s premier jazz venue.
East Side hosts the cream of British jazz musicians on (almost) each and every Tuesday evening in E11. We programme a varied selection of music from established modern jazz players to providing a platform for the younger generation of musicians embarking on their musical careers.
The club is entirely volunteer-run, while the generous support of Leytonstone Social Club means that prices are affordable and the entry revenues generated overwhelmingly go to the performing musicians.

Clive Fenner 1949 – 2019
Sadly, drummer, educator and club host Clive Fenner passed away on Sunday 28 April, 2019. Clive started the East Side Jazz Club over 30 years ago and was inspirational in its development and popularity. His friendly, relaxed manner was familiar to so many musicians and customers. He was the driving force and literally the beating heart of the club. Clive leaves a legacy that will sustain his memory forever. RIP Clive.
